I just wanted to say really quick that the recipe I gave a few posts down is awesome. The cookies are firm enough that they do not break easy BUT they are soft enough to eat. They are awesome dipped in milk (boys) and coffee (me)!
I'm pretty excited to have found a recipe that works becuase now I can get to work printing out the templates for the Karma Sutra ginger bread figures.
Thats gonna be hilarious!
