when I made my bog old plans all about housecleaning becuase it would just be me and the baby, I did not plan on having my brother, his girlfriend, their friend and their two year old daughter move in. Oh yes. And their dog.
But that is exactly what happened yesterday and quite simply, my plans have been put on hold due to necessity. I do hold some comfort from the fact I got the laundry and closets done, now if only I can keep up with it!
In February or March, I will lose the girl I baby sit, not to a strike, but to her mothers year long maternity leave. During that year I will systematically clean each room of the house. And I don;t mean dusting, but uncluttering. Throwing or giving away all of the stuff we have not used in teh two plus years we have lived in this house.
