So the past two days I have been fighting off a horrible sinus headache. I mean Horrible! I will be fine until about 11 then bam, headache city! About six PM the headache goes away (with the help of a liberal application of Advil)
And this morning I was all "woe is me! My poor teh head" and generally feeling sorry for myself. I left the computer - damn eyestrain due to dog chewing is getting a lot worse- and sat on the couch.
As soon as I sat down my body got this wavy light headed like I was floating on the couch feeling and Boom. there it was, my own personal Your a dumbass light bulb clicked on!
I do not have a sinus headache becuase I am having sinus issues. I have a sinus headache becuase I am having ALLERGY issues.
So I got off my butt and took an allergy pill. That was half an hour ago and I already am starting to feel better.
I just wish my light bulb was a clap on so I did not have to find the switch each time. Takes too damn long!

Ugh! I get sinus/allergy headaches nearly every.single.day. I seriously and literally feel your pain. My doctor has started giving me allergy shots, but they have not helped much. When I get my headaches now, I take two benadryl and two tylenol, and I am headache free for almost the whole day. (Some people take the benadryl sinus and allergy pills which I believe contains advil, but I can't take any over the counter pain meds other than tylenol because it will interact with other medication that I take for my OCD.)
