Memory Challenged

I like music, but I definitely do not love it. I have a set of songs on my iPod but I rarely listen to them, I prefer to play Solitaire on it instead.

My husband can name 9 out of ten songs that come out on the radio within thirty seconds ( usually less) of it starting.

I can name maybe .5 out of ten songs that come out. A lot of time I know the song, but I have no idea who sings it or what it is called!

Can you do it? I think it;s a memory thing to be honest. I get all the names and beats confused. It gets to the point where I don;t even want to guess because I know I will be wrong with my answer. Not that Hobs teases me, because he does not, It's just it makes me feel dumb.

I know I do have a bad memory, and I hate having it pointed out to me over and over again - by myself!!

Same goes for names of people. I wonder. DO men or woman have better memories? Has there been any kind of study on this?

I think I'd feel better if it has been scientifically proven that girls suck at the memory games.
