As per my last post, un-cluttering. I heard a radio advertisement for the XXXXXXXXX Crisis Nursery and called them. I explained that I am horrible at finding places but that I had a bunch of baby/ toddler boys clothes for them.
The lady was so nice, she agreed to meet me at a place in the city I knew how to drive to, so I damn well made it worth her while! I dug out all of the summer coats and took out the too small jackets and sweaters, then I went through the kids summer clothing and took out all of the shorts, tee shirts and bathing suits that were too small for Stuperman.
Then I went through the shoes, sandals, winter boots and rubber boots and made a bag of those for her.
Poor woman, thought she was picking up two bags of toddler clothes and ended up with seven bags of various and sundry.
Kinda made it worth driving in the cold for.
Plus? in the spring? I don't have to worry about going through all of the clothes now :o)
