The Wii Consol and Wii fit game ...1. good point.

2. The Wii Consol and Wii fit game together do not cost as much as your typical gym membership.
a. it is extremely hard to cheat it. There are some work outs - say the lunge, where you have to bend your knee. So i bend it, and its comfortable, and the game tells me, no bend until this red bar passes the blue, so I bend to that point and I can feel the stretch.

I am super surprised at how well this "game" works. Each morning I feel a bit of residual stiffness form my last days work out, (not as bad as that first day when I thought I was going to die) And always the stiffness corresponds with what work outs I chose to do that day.

its obviously working - though I have not lost any weight - YET.

(its only been a week)

(did the box come yet?)Bluepaintredhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09049030161558766505noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6105616086619427724.post-82988836177194820712008-07-21T12:34:00.000-06:002008-07-21T12:34:00.000-06:00you should consider a photo (not to post of course...you should consider a photo (not to post of course). at the very least, it'll be a motivator when you look at it.

if you took a photo every week, you should be able to see the gradual changes also.

you're making me want a wii fit, now.Sheilahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/14990038422374366500noreply@blogger.com
